What if Momcozy could do more than track a mom’s pumping journey, and begin to understand it?
Momcozy pumps already capture meaningful data throughout a mother’s lactation journey. Building on the Mom First foundation of App 3.0, we explored how AI could turn these signals into personalized plans, timely guidance, and insights that adapt to each mom over time.

My Approach
Making intelligence part of the journey
The goal wasn’t to maximize AI interaction. It was to identify the moments where intelligence could reduce uncertainty, support action, or offer reassurance, while leaving moms in control.
Start with what she already knows
Existing pumping data becomes the starting point, helping moms see the value of a personalized lactation plan before they ever set one up.
Guidance that fits into her day
The plan becomes part of her existing routine, with timely pumping sessions surfaced across Home and Calendar when she needs them.
Questions, answered in context
When something doesn’t make sense, AI Assistant is one tap away, with responses grounded in her current stage, patterns, and plan.
What’s Next
From lactation to broader care
The same approach could extend to other care routines, using existing data to help moms understand patterns and anticipate what may come next.

Eligible users created a personalized lactation plan, showing strong early adoption of AI-guided support.
